Following the regulation dictated by the EU Regulation 2016/679 "European Regulations on the Protection of Personal Data" (hereafter "GDPR"), Loftpadova B & B as "Owner" of the processing of personal data with respect to the principle of lawfulness , correctness, transparency, necessity and minimization protecting the privacy and rights of the interested parties.

The data that is collected through it are:
- First name
- Surname
- E-mail
- Phone
- consent to the processing of personal data

The data collected by e-mail contact on the site, will not be in any way transferred, communicated or disclosed to third parties.

How they were collected

The data provided are completed to fill out the form with the contact email on the site.

The log files are automatically collected by the server on which the website is hosted.

Where they are stored

The data provided to the user are stored at Loftpadova B & B on magnetic or IT supports or in paper form. Backup copies can be stored for reasons of redundancy and security in other sites or online storage systems.
The registration data on the site are also stored on the site itself.

The log files are kept on the server and are backed up by the same.

Why available treated

The data received will be processed in order to:

- dare to respond to any requests and / or communications;
- fulfill the pre-contractual, contractual, accounting and tax obligations if the need arises;
- fulfill the obligations established by law, by community legislation or by an order of the Authority;
- term contracts for the services offered by the title (for example, reservations, assistance or advice);
- Exit the rights of the owner (for example, the right to defense in court).

The log files are collected and stored for security purposes (Article 6, paragraph 1, point F of the GDPR).

For how long they are stored

The data will be kept for the minimum time necessary to fulfill the forecasts above and in any case for a period not exceeding 10 years.

The log files are kept on the server and are periodically deleted from the automated procedure.

For the management of data and log files, security measures, of an organizational and technical-IT type, prescribed by the articles. 24 and ss. of the GDPR, directed to guaranteeing secure access and protecting the information from risks of loss or destruction, even accidental.
The measures measures, a mere exemplary but not exhaustive title, updates of operating systems, the adoption of complex passwords and their periodic renewal, the adoption of antivirus updates, use of firewalls, specific policies for the storage of backup copies and for restoring the availability of data and systems and any other software or hardware necessary for the purpose.
Loftpadova B & B can use external services independently in terms of standard quality and reliability standards.

Verification of data and right to be forgotten

The user can, if he deems it necessary, submit a complaint to the Privacy Authority.
It is also specified that data punishment is not possible in cases where the law or a standard does not impose retention and protection, if following the elimination problems of a technical or informatic nature related to integrity may arise, for example of the databases, the data will be anonymized in order to make them unavailable to the Owner.

Use of cookies

The user who visits the site will see the minimum amount of information entered into the devices in use in small text files called "Cookies" saved by the web browser used for navigation.
